1/ Interview with Salon owner
        
- Overview of the  activity
- Definition of the  target
This Step is complimentary and every  information disclosed by the owner will remain strictly confidential.
 
2/ HBC will establish an action plan
        
- Summary of  context         
- Definition of the target line & direction needed to be taken                     
- Consulting steps  by HBC            
- Estimate for each consulting  mission  
Depending on the mission, billing will consist in monthly fees or invoice per mission.

3/  Signature of a servicing agreement 
 
4/ Consulting processing         
Monthly or weekly update & report will be provided to the owner
